2025 USS Indianapolis 80th Anniversary Commemoration

In 2025, we will honor the 80th Anniversary of the USS Indianapolis' final mission with a special commemoration event from July 27-29 in Indianapolis. The July 30th Honor Watch will be preceded by various activities organized by a dedicated development committee.

We invite those with talent, time, or ideas to join the effort. Doug Sinclair is seeking a project manager to lead key areas such as registration, banquet development, hotel and in-city programs, and memorial events. Our mission remains to honor, commemorate, remember, educate, and memorialize the survivors, those lost at sea and killed in action, rescue personnel, and all past served family and friends of USS Indianapolis.

Legacy Members will be prioritized to receive registration details by mail first. Make sure to respond promptly to secure your participation in the limited availability for block rooms and events.
